The Allendale 5K is a charity run/walk sponsored by the Allendale Recreation Commission. Proceeds from the race are donated to benefit programs that target mental health, suicide prevention, drug abuse & awareness as well as the well-being of our young adults.

The race begins and ends at the Red Barn in Crestwood Lake (located off Crescent Ave in Allendale NJ) The 5K starts at 9:00 am sharp. There is limited parking near the start so please plan to arrive early. The Haunted Fun Run begins at 9:45 am.

The 5k is for all ages and ability levels. Walkers, strollers and dogs are all welcomed!
